Women’s 2000’s Heartbreaker/Heart Of Haute Size L Blue Tile Pattern Wrap Dress. Dress is made of 100% cotton non stretch woven material. Left side tie is fed through an opening in the right side seam, tie sash is brought around the back and tied into a bow on the left side using the right sash for closure. There is pleating in the dress located where each sash is sewn into the dress. There is a wide flat collar at the neck. Sleeves have notched turned cuffs that are not sewn in place and need to be ironed to create the cuffed style.
